Villagers are all starved yet there is plenty of food.

I noticed that after i put the trading port down my markets stopped taking the food from places and now all my villagers are starving. I restarted the game and it did not fix the issue, but when i loaded an old save before the port was there the villagers were fine and the market was taking the food in. it seems other people have been having this serious game breaking bug for a while. Please fix.
Also selecting every building that the market can use for resources individually does not effect the issue, it still remains.

Yes, this has happened in my game except the trade port was not completely built. 4 years, 300 people, over 300 meals and plenty of food being produced but the Market staff had gone on strike so people are starving. First I built another market in the hopes that would work but the staff there are on strike too. I've tried reloading the game three times and the people are still starving so I shall have to abort the game. 29 and a half hours wasted. Shame.
