- Construct 1 watchtower
- Train 5 warriors

Depending on how you complete this quest.. depends on if you are successful or not.

eg 1: complete quest in the above order and you fail even after tower is complete and the 5 warriors have completed training.

eg 2: pause game.. 1st select warriors to train and select train (do not need to complete training).. then place watchtower (must construct).. success

umm... am I doing something wrong or is this a bug?
