Game Crashing

Yeah so i've completely uninstalled everything for this game then proceeeded to reinstall but the game will NOT start. i hit the title screen the the ubisoft crash screen pops up. Quite disappointed

Same issue after the recent update. Re-installed, verified files, crash at title screen.

Update: Deleted save game files which I got the idea from this Reddit post about another game:

Once I deleted all of my save files, game works again.

2nd Update: It happened again and I'm not starting over. Another game to the trash bin...

Same thing, I keep crashing. year 7 day 9. Not sure what the issue is. Was getting crash reports before from UE now nothing. Deleted and reinstalled. Not fixed. Don't want to start a new save for it to happen again.
