TFC is actually quite lively by comparison.
Team Fortress, the original, was a free mod for Quake 1. TFC is sort of like the sequel on HL1 engine.
Yep, '96 exactly. 3 Australians primarily, who all got hired by Valve. Valve hired a lot of up-and-coming mod developers during that era, like Dario Casali. The original TF devs also had a hand in Team Fortress 2, but exactly how much I'm not entirely sure.
Unfortunatly I cant get it to work anymore. I wanted to take another look out of nostalgia. Buit it crashes as soon as I try to start it.
Edit: Changeing Language to English solved the problem.
