Guide for fixing the bug that causes wallpaper to be fullscreen window.

I have seen a lot of people encountering this issue in the discussions and comments. It seems that developer has abandoned this project thus not providing any help. So I decided to create a quick guide for fixing this problem.

1. Search "Control Panel" in the start menu and launch it.
2. Search for "Performance" using the search bar at the top.
3. Click on the option that says "Adjust the appearance and performance of Windows"
4. Enable the option that says "Animate controls and elements inside windows" (its the first option in the list)
5. Click on Apply
6. Restart your PC

I hope this helps and fixes the issue.

такая проблема только на 24Н2, думаю если откатится на более раннюю то всё будет нормально

So basically I have done everything but when i try to update my wallpaper by "saving changes" my wallpaper doesn't change and the old one remains. I tried multiple diffferent ways but the wallpaper is not displayed in the background. Can anyone help
