Over Dekstop
It opens a whole new window that goes over the desktop and I tried the thing where u create a new desktop and shi but it ain't solving it

i had the 23H windows version and the app was working fine
after i updated to the new fever 24H2 or something like that it went just like you said
the video doesn't move it a static shot of the video on the top of my whole desktop covering the taskbar and everything else

to people who have problems, on windows search it up and open choose wallpaper. You can turn it off from there however it doesnt work otherwise.
