The wallpaper covers my entire desktop
When I press save changes and go to my desktop, the wallpaper covers my entire desktop and looks like a window, please help

same but it worked when i first installed the app a month ago and now i reinstalled it and have the issue

Yeah, you need to start through the Steam Launcher.
