it doesn't work since the last update on windows 11

Hi, very nice program Wallpaper Alive, excellent. Help me please, today a get a new update to windows 11 and before install, a window popup with a warning that i can't update until remove Wallpaper Alive cause it doesn't work on windows 11. I love your program help please.

i had the same issue but if you go to wallpaper alive in steam and then right click, go to properties, then go to selected launch option and pick choose wallpaper and then relaunch wallpaper it should work and from there you guys should be able to change any settings, hope this also works for you guys

Hey so there is currently no fix for this issue as the new windows 24H2 update dis-configures the app and the wallpaper will not work anymore. This means that after you install the update the wallpaper alive app will not work properly anymore. I do not know of any fix for this and it seems the only way to fix this is wait for the wallpaper alive team to fix it from their end.

For anybody looking for more information about this, here is what microsoft has to say about it: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/release-health/status-windows-11-24h2#3370msgdesc

Based on this, if you haven't been updated already, the updater should stop your update and leave you on the previous version until the WA developers update their app for 24H2. I don't have anything to help anybody who's already updated.

I personally don't mind. Wallpaper Alive just saved me from having 24H2 forced onto my device.
