App not showing while Wallpaper is active

When i activate my Wallpaper, all my apps on my desktop are not showing, how i can fix that?

same, its like its not a wallpaper but just a video over everything

I think its a windows 11 issue. But you can use other applications like lively wallpaper in my opinion it’s better than this program.
