Hi! You should be able to get this achievement if you do not hit any walls and keep the speed. You can also try to stop in a first lap (simply deselect the car), wait until timer resets and then start a new lap full speed.

This does not work with a mouse control.

I have been playing this game for hours the racer and the stock room do not respond to mouse controls. I had My PC check and the setting for the mouse. I even brought a new mouse . I have completed all of tasks successfully with over 20,000,000 earned income, but none of my property show an increase I have not received any of the achievement awards. I have run out of property to upgrade. Does the completion of all the tasks determine further tasks and property availability? I love the game but I am at a standstill.

finished the race with 11sec left over and still not got the trophy, the same by accumulate a million and spend a million , they are both stopped counting by 996.026/1million and 999.235/1mil

Hey guys, having the same issue here where I still had 11 seconds left on the race and did not get the achievement. I did leave one trash on the ground as to not having to clean it all over again when the tasks get finished and the level closes but I believe/hope that should not be impacting this.
