game doesn't work
when I start it, it blink with black screen and going to close. then they want to send error details. I can't even play it

I've got the same issue, nothing I've tried so far has worked :/

I'm sorry for a delay. Try starting the game in DX11 mode. You can choose launch option in game properties.

I'm having the exact same problem. It worked the first time I opened it, and then not again. Reinstalling didn't help.

my windows 11 using dx12. dx11 option is change nothing

Could you try one more thing?

On Windows, go to C:/Users/Username/AppData/Local/FurnishMaster/Saved and find a file with a similar name to "FurnishMaster_PCD3D_SM6.upipelinecache". Remove this file and start the game again.

Also, make sure you have the latest graphics card drivers.

Same problem for me. Win10 system, Nvidia 4060Ti video card.
Deleting the file you pointed out helped me. Maybe you can release a hot fix?
