Any way to change the mouse pointer?

I dislike the default arrow pointer, something like a crosshair would be easier to use.

Are there any mods to make that happen?

C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Torchlight II\icons

Not by mod I'm afraid but if you can replace these files somehow, using the same file name and extension, I think you change the icons in-game.
