How to launch GUTS?
The tutorial was showing the old version of steam with the tools tabs

but now since steam updated IDK where to find the GUTS

Isn't Editor.exe in your game directory? If it there, you have GUTS. just start editor.exe

Library > Home > Games and Software > Tools > Torchlight 2 Guts

These options are located near the upper left of the screen.
