Delete the entire mod-save folder when the mod launcher is on screen (and move the mods back to the inactive side to re-order later), then enter / exit the game to remove the crashing.

I see Synergies-mod in that list and another Synergies with compatible-Torchlight.
May want to only have just the Synergies-mod without the extra one.

"Torchlight Overhaul Project- Vanilla" is a mod-merge hence that'll be my 2nd guess as to what candidate among these mods is causing the crash.

Because all the other ones function for other players.

Also move the High-loot mod to be higher than everything to gain the effect.

Hi. You also have the Synergies-Essentials patch mod, which is meant to work with *both* Synergies and Essentials beneath it. But I don't see Essentials in your Loadout, so it's possible that's contributing to the crash. Just put Essentials in anywhere below the patch.
