I have tried contacting runic games by email and by their support on their website. Steam is unable to help me because they do not have the keys needed to be able to log into the Runic site to play online. I seem to be completely unable to contact runic. I am trying to make my Torchlight 2 game work with the runic games log in so I can play with friends but I have long since forgotten my password, that was made in 2012. When I tried to reset it the site says it will send an email but it never arrives. I have checked spam and trash folders. I read somewhere that there might be a problem if you have a different email for steam and runic games but can't log in to update the email on runic games either. I'm wondering if there's a way to fix this or if I am doomed to never be able to play Torchlight 2 with my friends. I did try to buy a new copy of Torchlight 2 and install it but that doesn't work either as Steam doesn't have keys for their games. I even tried to make a new login with the new copy I bought but runics games would not let me login. I'm not certain what other options I have. Any help would be appreciated.
