i've played Fate, you can't do that.
and no, you can't do it in this game either.
I was wondering if it would be possible to modify this game the same way.
Ah okay I get you now! Items *can* be modified to give them sockets, but i am not sure if that ability extends to socketables themselves.
In your mod, what does making the gem socketable achieve? Increase the gem's buff (essentially "upgrade" the gem), or something else? I ask because there may be other ways to achieve it in TL2, if socketing a socketable proves unworkable.
