Unable to connect to authentication server

I keep getting the error unable to connect to authentication server. My 2 friends are also getting it. It just started today. Any suggestions?

Apparently - Arc Games is under maintenance currently:

If only we had actual communication with the companies still involved. Otherwise it's just me guessing on the latest outage regarding the Multiplayer servers.
