Embermage Respec: Why cant I forget Magma Mace?

I donnae want this skill anymore. But I cant seem to get to forget this. Oddly I see TWO firebombs of Level 5. Why are there TWO Firebombs in the forget menu but 0 Mace?

This is chronological. You can only forget the last few skill points you have invested.

To fully respec you need to either:
- use console command to spawn a respec potion
- download a shared stash somewhere containing a respec potion
- add respec potion mod (if you play modded)
- use a save game editor to respec
