cant login to torchlight 2

I haven't played it in a decade and i cant login, try the forgot password but i get no reset email, so i create a new account but it says a steam account is already associated with it. probably mine but i cant login to play as ypou wont send a password reset email. click support on website and i get 404 forbidden s i guess the site doesnt exist? how can i get to play now?
