Where can I buy spell "Healing Self XY" ?
I am at the start of Act III.

The only spell I found so far is "Healing Self I" but it is not enough anymore.

Where can I buy the higher level "Healing Self" spells?

Thx

The first play-through of the campaign ends near level 50.
Will have to climb to the higher NG+ level campaigns to reach Vendors that sell Scrolls and Tomes (and everything else) at higher ranks.
ok thanks.

but the healing 1 spell is really weak, how do i heal myself effieciently?
you should invest in health potion, lifesteal also works wonder

Every town (after the first one) has a vendor in town that sells trinkets, gems and spell scrolls. In the Imperial camp it's the blonde girl with the apron. What she carries is random though, so you'll just have to keep checking her. She's also got several tabs, check them all.

The vendor in Act II has to be unlocked by doing the side quest to look for the missing guy and clear out the Lurker hives.

Also check the Phase Beast challenges. Those are good places to get gems and scrolls.

When you complete a Phase Beast challenge do NOT take the Portal back out. Just save and quit and then continue, you'll be back at the start of the challenge and can run it again. It's a good way to accumulate cash, gems, scrolls, etc.

As far as more reliable healing, I recommend getting some Blood Ember stones, When installed in an Armor socket, they can give you healing-over-time (or a flat health boost, but check the individual gems for details).

If you take three random gems to the widget guy in town (act 2 and beyond) he'll convert them into one rare gem. There are several types and what you get is random, so ... just gotta keep trying.

I will second what others have already said. Healing potions and blood embers are a better, much more reliable - and easier to find - source of healing than the spell.

Definitely follow the advice from the others above; larger Health-Potions and Blood-Embers (Life-Steal on Weapon or Heal-Regen on Armor) available at higher levels heal more.

I copied an excerpt (and placed it below) from my "Short and Concise" Guide that lists all the Armor-Sets (specifically for any Class) that offer "% Life-Steal" and when used with a Direct-Weapon-Strike will result in a greater amount of healing especially useful for the late-game:

Originally posted by from the "Short and Concise" guide:
Although not common - any amount of "% Health Stolen" found on some Item Set Bonuses will add much survival for "Direct Weapon Attack Builds" or when using Weapons to steal resources from targets when Health is low.

These Rare (more common than Unique) Sets are available for all Classes:

. Level 21 Regent Set with 3 pieces provides +20% Health Stolen.

. Level 37 Ironlord Set with 3 pieces provides +10% Health Stolen.

. Level 49 Dwarfking Set with 6 pieces provides +30% Health Stolen.

. Level 94 Dragonrift Set with 4 pieces provides +20% Health Stolen.

The more damage dealt = the more % health returned to the Player.

You either wait for drops, gamble at the transmuter with 2 spells you don't want (you also need both spells to be at least level 3 to get a level 3 spell in output I think), or you can do one of the side quests in Act 2 and one of the merchants in Zepherash opens up that sells gems and they would also stock a spell or 2 at random. From that point on there will also be a merchant that does the same thing in Act 3 and Act 4 in the hub area.

Also besides Heal Self, you should also try to locate Heal All which heals for the whole team. You just put it on your pet's spell list. It will cast it automatically.

That being said, potions, gems, and enchantment (lifesteal or passive healing) will always trump spells in healing.

I found 2 Blood Embers today....they help me to get constant healing, quite good!
Dragonrift x4 pieces is incredible for an auto-attack Berserker build.

BTW, it's quite rare to get, but if you transmute the lowest level of ember (speck), you have a chance to get a chaos ember with 3% health stolen that goes on weapon. These are pretty strong and turn your attacks into healing, even at low levels. I believe the 3% is 3% of the damage your strike deals to the enemy is also given as self-healing. Only the very lowest level chaos ember can have this effect. :gem:

Huge thanks for mentioning this. I checked the TL2 Gems Wiki and it does list this. I'll update my Short and Concise guide to include Chaos Specks as an early resource to aim for.
