Wanted to give Torchlight 2 another go, it's been so long. But right after a fresh installment, I got some issues.
Game starts up fine, I can select things fine. Problems start happening when there's lag. I'm playing on a crappy laptop, so sometimes the screen freezes a little when it's trying to load something. Which by itself is fine. Except that it turns the screen completely black every time it does so. This makes playing literally impossible, as the game unfreezes before the black screen disappears, thus making me unable to react fast enough. This happens constantly, I can't even make it out of the first area.
I did a quick browse to see if anybody suffers from the same problem, but so far they all seem to be a little different. Are there perhaps any settings I could fiddle with that might cause this?
