I have confirmed that the TL2 Wiki does list them. I'll check my large collection of skulls and eyes to see if I've managed to get any.

Update: I have done an exhaustive search in my regular vanilla and Hardcore vanilla stashes of eyes and skulls and HP/MP stashes and I cannot find any eyes called "The Eye of the Mana Guardian", or any similar name. I have also checked the same type of stashes in my TL2-ACE mod files and cannot find any such eyes, nor do I recall ever getting any eyes from the Siege/Mana Guardian.

The TL2 Wiki does have some rare mistakes in it. I found one while I was comparing the lists of eyes and skulls to what I have in stock. Either this Mana Guardian eye was removed from a patch to the game after the Wiki list was made, or the drop rate is so very low that it's extremely rare to get.

I have been playing this game for many thousands of hours since it's release (7 of those years are before I joined Steam) and this eye is not something I would normally use. I collect all eyes and skulls and store them, so if I've ever picked one up it should be in at least one of the stashes I've checked.

Good luck getting Zardon's Mighty Skull. I can confirm it drops, but I've only gotten one in over 1,150 hours played. (It was in a chest in Tarroch's Tomb Elite NG+5, offline.)

Oh I already have that in NG+4 I think, now the only thing I miss is the "Kelton's Rock". Does Netherlord in NG+5 even drop it? I have about 10 "The eye of Netherlord" right now but not even a single Rock.

I just got my first Kelton's Rock last week. I think I got it in a regular game, no NG+.
