hi i tryed to log in after many many years and it does not work.

i was on the "https://secure.runicgames.com/en/login" page and entered my email but there is nothing in my mail account.
and i only used that email.

i tryed again but nothing.. are the servers down?
if so how can i create other profiles in the game and save them.
cuze i started a new game and went lvl 4 and went and pressed save and changed some settings and it requered a fresh new start. since i saved i tought ok.. and my game with my lvl 4 mage is gone.. i mean that is nothing i can play those 15 min of game again but will my next game be saved?
1. how i can create a new account
2. how i can make sure its not deleted or overwritten
3. when i change langues everything is gone. literly everything. even the lvl 100 charakter but when i change back language he is back -.-'
