[Need Help] Stuck at "waiting for response from steam"
I cant choose the "play with mod" option from the launcher as well as starting the mod launcher itself.
The button is fade, and i cant click it,
i try many ways. including google search, but cant find any proper help
I havent installed any mods yet. i already tried to uninstall and re-download the game but that option is still unavailable for me.

Can somebody provide me any solutions for this?

Some ppl add me and ask if i found the solution for this prob?
So now i think i should post it here in case anyone might have the same trouble, i may not online anytime to help.

Turn off the internet router (or simply just launch steam in offline mode). Run the game, and the mod can be used. Log in into game with the mod (must do so steam can have the save file). Then quit the game and now u can enjoy mod in offline as well as online
