Reset?

Hi, haven't played for a really long time and all the posts I'm finding on the internet are very old

Do the base game have full skill reset / stat respec?

If not, I remember a shared stash archive with respect potions. You could just copy the archive, use the potions for respec your character and keep playing without mods. Does this still exist?

And there's lots other respec mods now too. Just search the workshop for "respec"

HereIsPlenty has Torchlight II

The guy in town only respecs your last 3 skill points and it costs a fair bit of gold to do that. I have not come across respec potions yet but I am fairly new to the game.
