Report a translation problem
From some old threads, some people said that the dungeons are on a timer and will reset after a certain period of time, but I'm not sure about that. If that's the case, then just visiting 2 or 3 other places may only work if the timer has run its course.
Yes, the faster method is to start a LAN game, but it will reset the entire TL2 world, and sometimes I like the particular enchanters the game has placed in certain spots, so I don't want to reroll the world and lose my Boris enchanter and such.
It gets much easier once Act_02 is available since the Player can have Ossean Wastes, Abandoned Quarter, and Salt Barrens (3 areas) loaded to easily reset all Over-world areas of Act_01.
Talking to the Railmasters to travel is needed to walk between Estherian Enclave and the other Towns.
Early in Act_01 - it helps to walk to the Icy Hills to reset Temple Steppes (Over-world).
