What's the second to last picture in the second row? I feel like it must be something obvious but haven't been able to figure it out.

What's the last picture in the third row and the second to last picture in the fourth row?

Hint to the last picture 3. row You will find it in the very first Level of the game

Solution to the last picture 3. row It's the Toki Toki 2 Logo

Edit: i don't know where i found the second last of 4. row, i take a picture and post it in a few seconds.

It's something that is associated with a frog

I'm also having troubles with the second picture on the third row.

I have no idea. I'm not even sure what the first level is anymore, because I played trough the whole game already. And this picture being the only one i'm missing.
