I need help please, I'm stuck

See where my shield arrow is pointing in both pictures
the wing fragments are nowhere to be found
If i bubble up from the first picture i go in the ancient frog room, and there is a ledge there that probably will sent me to where the collectibles are. The thing is the ancient frog is at the crystal room and i have no way to get up that ledge.

how to put frog on a block?

what i think i did there is this.
stomp to make to frog let the bubble out, then the frog will drop down on you, then stomp again to make the frog stand there a few seconds
and then run to the right side of the block and stomp quickly . If you do it right, the block will go into place just in time.

these are my last, i thought i got them yesterday but somehow i need them again, i cant find them AGAIN

the OP pictures are relevant but i cant see the fragments anywhere

Ugh, I'm stuck getting the three in the lower right (below the purple portal with the crab) of that first photo.

You need something thats on another area close by. If you notice there is a narrow path in that first picture.
