Mutliple save games like in Toki Tori?
I mean to remember that you had 4 different save games or player slots in the first game which allowed you to play the game from the start without deleting your old efforts. Is this function integrated in the second game? If not is there a possibilty that it will be available in the future?
I am asking because i learned today that there is an achievement I can't get anymore. I still have a way to go since I only collected the first ancient frog but i already managed to solve some of the bonus areas and the farther I come the more I don't wish to delete my current game. So it would be nice if I could make a second game to attempt this achievement.

Multiple save games are planned for a future update, but no ETA yet.

For now you can manually backup your save before you attempt that achievement.

Your save is located here:
Steam\userdata\xxxxxxxx\201420

Hm, interesting information but if they have plaaned this function for a future update I will first complete the game as far as possible and then look if the update is in sight. Thanks for the answers.

Sorry to necro an old thread, but just got this game, and it appears an update for multiple saves never happened. When I rename my '201420' folder to '201420_old' (or just delete it, for that matter), and restart TokiTori2, the folder gets recreated, AND my save is still persistant. I'd like a seperate save-game for myself and my daughter, but this doesn't seem possible?

You need to turn off Steam Cloud saves for this game otherwise Steam will keep redownloading the save stored on its servers.
