How to get out here? Can't advance to the left, the right is also dead end. Any tips?

Yes; I can move that one into the water to the frogs. But the bubbles they create don't far enough to the left.
Is this a matter of timing, so that the bug must get eaten at the very left of the pool? Will the bubble then reach the pedestal?

Toki tori isn't the only one that can be transported with bubbles. ;)
