wings of luxury not activating
so basically I got piggy bank and I can fly, but wings of luxury achievement didn't activate? Is this because I didn't hold all of them at once?

I checked with Steam Achievement Manager about the stats of my collectibles (I noticed when I look at my stats in Steam), it's counting but steam counts them wrong (Only the recent collect that count. After re-opened game, the stats in steam reset.) I think it's steam server side problem.

You could try restarting the game.
That's how I got it, but I still had to spend some time in game before the achievement was awarded.
