Where to go for fourth frog.

Bar a few bouts of stupidity, I've been blazing through the game so far. However I find myself suddenly stuck. All areas I've yet to explore I can't seem to get to. There's one with 3 electric bugs which I can't dislodge or get around, another with a cave full of frogs to the bottom right, a crab which I can't get on and over to the ledge I presume I need to continue. Any vague hints would be much appreciated, and hopefully it will kickstart what remains of my mental faculties.

Is there any water near the electric bugs?

Any large birds around those ledges you can't reach?

There isn't around the one with three, but there was near the one with two *blushes* Cheers!

If the crab you mention is the one I think of, you might have missed something you can reach with your stomp.
With such a vague description, I can't tell if that's going to be helpful or not.
