For example, each room of the game La-Mulana has its own name which can be discovered in-game. This makes it much easier to talk to other people about e.g. "You know the puzzle in Palenque's Coffin...?"
As to navigating within the game, there are certain tools that are hinted at that the game expects you to pick up on. You are not alone if you have missed them. On the map, you can play the collectible-showing song to see where remaining puzzles are (long short short short).
The map tends to display things that are unsolved, like collectible deposit-bank things that haven't been filled. It should also show strange frog-shaped rock icons where the ancient frogs are located. I believe these all disappear after they have been completed.
- For the collectibles you can play the collectible melody while being carried by the bird
- For the frogs: There are some oddly shaped stones on the world map, just look how they look by the locations of the three frogs you have found and then look where the other two are.
- For the collectible deposits: The same as before, those have a special sign aswell making them easy to spot on the world map.
And some stuff you just have to search like the wings if luxury, the rose or the t-shirt with no help. Im also still missing one of my Tokidex entrys and the ghost. I think they are connected but I have to search for them.
