Help getting three collectables above and to the right of the photo room.

I've literally been trying for days. i must be missing something. I can get into the portal near them but as soon as i do, my bubble pops and i end up back where i started. I can get a pink bug up there but then i cant get there. Someone please help..

The portal isn't part of the solution. I think it exists (the portal) for convenience reasons; you won't have to reset the level or go back in time to an earlier checkpoint if you make a mistake.

The real puzzle is below the other portal, which you see briefly when you enter the one on the right in a bubble.
