hi fellas, great game, great work on this faithful recreation of a much loved 2600 classic.

I been playing a bit now and notices a couple bugs...
1) handicaps set/applied in arcade mode carry through into mission mode
2) in mission mode after dying and getting the game over screen, if you restart the mission quickly, you get another game over screen in the first second of play.
3) time bonus not applied consistently in mission mode, there's many times i clock in a mad fast run only to find time bonus is at 0.
