Original Q.U.B.E

So, I bought original Q.U.B.E before Director's cut was realesed. I still own this game, you can go to my profile and check it. I'd like to play Director's cut and I saw that people who bought it also got original game. Shouldn't I get the Director's cut if I already own original game ? If yes, where and who can I ask about it ?

I never got far in either game (Real Life got in the way) but as far as I could tell, the Director's Cut version is, as far as gameplay, essentially identical to the Original Recipe. It's just fleshed out with better detailing and some voice overs to provide better context and story.

If you were debating which of the two to get now, I would say the Director's Cut, certainly. On the other hand, that version DOES NOT come with the soundtrack. (Why, I don't know, but hey.)* If you already have the original version, I would say you don't NEED to get the Director's Cut. If ten bucks isn't a big deal, or you catch it on sale, then sure, go for it.

*On the OTHER other hand, the Q.U.B.E. store page seems to be missing entirely from Steam, so the OST might not be an option in the first place.
