If you were debating which of the two to get now, I would say the Director's Cut, certainly. On the other hand, that version DOES NOT come with the soundtrack. (Why, I don't know, but hey.)* If you already have the original version, I would say you don't NEED to get the Director's Cut. If ten bucks isn't a big deal, or you catch it on sale, then sure, go for it.
*On the OTHER other hand, the Q.U.B.E. store page seems to be missing entirely from Steam, so the OST might not be an option in the first place.
