To solve the problem "UDK has stop working":
1) Download this file:

2) Put it in the binaries folder where you installed the game:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\QUBE\Binaries

3) Open the file and clic on "Accept EULA"

4) Close the program and enjoy the game :)

(This solucion works for every game that uses UDK)
