I'll say this -
While I enjoyed parts of that game greatly, and have replayed it multiple times, it is a very flawed title in a lot of ways.
The two biggest problems with it off the top of my head -
The game very strongly encourges, and does very little to discourage, just putting all your troops in a ball and moving around each level.
In the last quarter or so of the game, your available equipment is so strong, that the standard bug roster just doesn't stand a chance. The game devs realized this and just threw a cheesy new basic warrior with more HP and a jump attack at your guys.
Still, it's a largely enjoyable game if you're into the RTT genre.
