Cant finish "Foundations" - Recycle script bug?

Took out all nests, recycled all turrets, and returned all marines, but game still keeps prompting me to recycle everything. There's litterally nothing left to do on the map or to recycle (recycle icon is no longer highlighted), but the mission won't advance / complete.

HAAAALP!!!

You probably did something that I didn't think of. Sorry! That must be pretty frustrating.

If you want, you can use cheat codes to finish the mission. Here:

Just make sure you turn them off afterward. They disable challenge leaderboards if I recall.
