Report a translation problem
Regarding changes, the simple answer is that I just don't have the time to do something like that. A couple years ago I got a job with a local game studio and I can't spend the entire day on Infested Planet like I used to.
I know that's not the answer you were looking for. I appreciate that you gave the campaign a shot.
As for your second point, I think he wanted you to only be able to attack once per turn otherwise it'd be too easy to cut off enemy forces (which disables them). Yes, you do have to plan out your actions before committing to them, but I don't think that's really a weakness as much as it is finding the right strategy to maximize your effectiveness given the tools at hand. Not much different from many board games out there that have similar rules ("you can do X number of action points, but only one attack per turn", etc).
