Just here to inform on my fix of the issue, and my setup.

I have a workstation laptop (Win10, 64 bit) from a few years ago, which has a NVIDIA Quadro M1000M and I've experienced the message telling me that OpenGL 2.1 is not supported (thought he card supports OpenGL 4.5; https://www.notebookcheck.net/NVIDIA-Quadro-M1000M.151582.0.html )

As the laptop has an internal graphics card I thought I'd have to activate the dedicated card in my settings (Freely translated to english: Windows -> Settings -> Monitor -> Graphics Settings; where you can change the graphics card used for certain executables), and activated the graphics card. However it still gave the error message. Out of curiosity I also tried the cpu-graphics (Intel HD 530), and this worked!

If you're having issues: Test all your graphics cards, as nowadays devices often have multiple graphics cards either of them might work :)
