Full Screen low FPS

I have a low FPS when i go to full screen. Does anybody know how to fix this?
My computer is with intel core i7 and GeForce 860 GTX. I play most of the games at full spec with no problems. When I play the game in windowed mode my fps is arround 60-70 and when i go to full screen it goes to 20fps.
I tryed to change the resolution and the graphical settings, nothing helped.
And you cant even play at 20pfs because everything starts to move very slowly.

Sorry about the problem. Have you tried toggling the V-Sync setting? Maybe that would help.

I don't have a good idea as to why this happens. I've only learned of this issue a week ago.

Thank you for the coment. Yes i have played abit with the video settings, nothing changed.
BTW I managed to fix it by forsing the game to run true my integrated video card. Now it runs at 60 fps on full screen using my intel HD card.
