Guard Slayer achievement bugged for me?

I've completed random capture missions on all difficulty settings multiple times, repeatedly on Terminus and almost always getting the Guardians mutation, but the achievement just does not unlock...

That achievement has very specific conditions. Make sure you meet them exactly.

1) It HAS to be a capture mission. It can't be a raid, or any other mission type.
2) There has to be a guardians mutation active when you win. It can't be the guardian nest. It has to be called GUARDIANS.

If both of these are true, you should get the achievement.

I kept getting the Guardian Nest mutation, that must be it!
