Game speed has slowed significantly!

I've been playing this game on and off for about a month now. It's been running just fine until today.

-Menu, loading screen, mouse cursor (in menu and in game) are all running fast and smooth as always.. but my game speed has been reduced and everything is moving very slowly. I wasn't able to find a way to adjust it in settings, nor is there a button to adjust game speed. Maybe I just poorly searched and overlooked it?

My Specs:
Intel Core i7-4720HQ
Windows 8.1
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M 2GB GDDR5
12 Gigs RAM

PS: I love this game tho

Odd. Could it be something in your graphics driver? Like maybe vsync settings?

Odd indeed. My graphics card was updated last week so maybe the change had something to do with it. Anyway, I just jumped into my game settings to disable VSync and now the game runs smoothly again.
