While This Is Far More Common Nowadays In Formula One It Would Allow You To Be Less Restricted In Driver Options And Not Have To Resort To Attempted Murder To Replace A Driver. Maybe Firing A Driver Can Result In Them Never Wanting To Drive For You Again. Another Feature Could Also Be Scouting Out Other Drivers From Teams Perhaps Using The Spy Feature. If Not Caught Scouting Another Team's Driver They Won't Be Locked In For Their Seat At The Current Team But May Also Have A Slightly Discounted Driver Price For You. However, If They Perform Above You In The Standings They May Not Give You The Discount.
