Qualifying Round Send-Out Bug?
I'm watching a tutorial on Golden Lap (see below), and he can immediately click "Send out" on qualifying races. When I play, I *must* choose tires and add around 8 seconds before I get that option.

Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong? Just to be clear - I cannot click sendout without doing a car configuration in qualifying races.

The video is showing an older version of the game where tuning and send out were a single action, so you still had to wait for the tuning to finish. That behavior made it hard to time the send out, so we decided to separate the Tune and Send Out actions in a later update.
