Gotta do something about the rain. There's just too many rain races. It needs to happen far, far, far fewer.

There needs to be more of a tire penalty for being on the wrong tire in the rain. As it is, Ezzolini, the red team, even on the wrong tire, they are unbeatable. Of course they're unbeatable in the dry also. I'm to 1975 with Team Bancroft and still never have won a race,

Need random part failures to occur, outside of health rating.

Accidents or car damage during close battles, especially at the race beginning.

Attributes for drivers need to be more randomized.

New tire impact needs to be increased. You can come in, change tires onto new ones and turn in virtually identical lap times, even if you go to softer compounds. The degradation curve needs to be looked into.
