Not sure if you still want feedback since you are not in Early Access anymore.. but I enjoy the game so much I wanted to spend some time giving my feedback. Feel free to completly ignore if you just wanna do your thing after leaving EA. I wish you all the best and as much success as possible :)

Just stumbled upon this last week.. and I absolutely love it. The number puzzles are insanely cool and satisfying. I love how unique the runs feel .. due to the sheer amount of Units pilots etc. This is a hidden content monster .. and so polished! So much creativy went into it! Thank you :)

I have now beaten difficulty 9 with all ships. I have not done that with all pilots or even played everyone. It is very difficult to talk about balance for this game as there is an almost infinte combination .. but I definetly felt that it is much easier with some pilots / combinations etc.. I got to the point where I one shotted Difficulty 9 boss Battles several times..

I read that currently you are underfunded. For long term financial stability and therefore improvement of the game I would enjoy themed DLCs. The DLCs could introduce a major new mechanics around a new topic / concepts to the game and come with a new pilotable ship with their own units, treasures etc / new enemy ships / new pilots

I will update it when sth. new pops up :)


1. Bugs / Errors?! / unclear texts :

  • 1.1 Loading a filled up "Eternal Stone - Legendary Attack Unit" via an "Orange Passage - Legendary Support Unit" does not work! It does however work when Eternal Stone has a free slot
  • 1.2 You get the ultimate secret completed icon even when not defeating endbringer
  • 1.3 Events: the X or checkmark is literally on top of the text if the title is long enough
  • 1.4 Race "Mechs" should it not just be Mech?
    1.5 Single-Use Charger - Common Support Unit: Add then destroy self ? Because it is one use only.. just like "Single-Use Energy - Common Support Unit" .. The text as of now is quite confusing to a new player.. because it is written the same as the generation of energy of other units which stay in your pool


2. Quality of Life:


  • 2.1 Controller:Playing with mouse only is so much more pleasing than playing with a Controller.. Controller Play could be something to improve further.

  • 2.2 Laser viusal selection: Having the laser selection for the space ships under Encyclopedia feels off … since it is an option and not just information. Maybe move it to the ship selection? So once you pick a ship you have a box with the current laser equipped and entering the corresponding selection page by clicking on it.

  • 2.3 Energy Slot Selection: It would be nice to be able to select the slot to put Energy in - not just auto fill an orange slot with an orange energy.. This would be very helpful for some mechanics


  • 2.4 Star Coin Limit Indicator: When you have a limit for star coins (i.e.50) and you reached the limit for star coins indicate that on the UI as a reminder

  • 2.5 Central Position Indicator:When looking at a unit with a "Central Position" benefit show a small visual indication of where the central Position is. I know this sounds stupid for most cases… but I was playing with the Megaptain Megaship.. and was really was wondering which is the central position … since there is no indication at all.




  • 2.6 Bounty completion: Combine all star coins so you only have to click once / when hovering over it -> show where the coins come from i.e. Bounty 4 / Flawless medal 4 etc.
  • 2.7 Bounty completion: Events: After completing an event have the bonus always show up in the bounty overview (currently some do, others dont .. be consistent :))
  • 2.8 Bounty completion:Events: All event completion bonuses should be marked with "Event: i.e. gain 5 Star coins" ..instead of just "gain 5 Star coins" .. just to make event completions feel
    more rewarding


  • 2.9 Events: Option to minimize the event text (i.e. by clicking on it) -> only seeing the title .. it is sometimes quite annoying if a unit is right under the text
  • 2.10 Events: If minimizng is implemented -> it would be nice if you could view the event text by hovering over the title
  • 2.11 Events: Add some Background with opacity to the event text to enhance readability.. depending on your ship etc. it can be difficult to read





3. Upgrading / Enhancing existing content


  • 3.1 Treasures: Gained total numbers to treasures like "Building Blocks" .. as additional information when hovering over it - so the UI does not get too crowded. This would feel very rewarding :)
  • 3.2 Hero Information: Upgrade the Icon / new Icon for highest difficulty beaten if the boss battle has also been beaten
  • 3.3 Boss Battle Stage Indicator: Currently there is no stage indicator at the top of the UI for the Boss Battles.. it still Shows the "normal" stage and enemy Information.

  • 3.4 Visual Design: Add more stuff like slight and slow movement of wings / ship transformations depending on mode etc.. especially for your own pilotable ships.. as you see them the most.
  • 3.5 Visual Design: The Spaceships art could need some love .. some of the enemy ships such as Fairplay are much more advanced in lighting and design... Especially the pilotable ships schuld Look as cool as possible as you look at them all the time
  • 3.6 Visual Design Spectra: Add an outline (black?!) to the colour changing painting - it is very agressive on the eye without any contrast - especially when it is bright orange

  • 3.7 Encyclopedia: Add Enemies with all their relevant information -> New entries unlock after first facing the enemy
  • 3.8 Enemy Pilot Portraits: It would add so much personality to the enemies if they had Character Portraits. They could show at the top right looking to the left - opposite to your Pilot portrait
  • 3.9 Battle trash talk: More funny talking during Battles
  • 3.10 Unique Spectra Pilots: Currently spectra has only 2 unique pilots -> more would be of course appreciated :)
  • 3.11 Armed and wanted screen in the Background of the main menue -> Show the last enemy that defeated you?
  • 3.12 Endless boss battle scaling - gaining an orange star with a number which increases every 5 bosses so the same star as now but with a 1 after the first 5 etc..
  • 3.13 Hardcore Mode: Introduce a hardcore mode which disable the "retreat and return to state before the battle" -> Gain an Addition different looking medal with the difficulty Level for the Character Portrait
  • 3.14 Maybe tune down the top end damage combinations trivializing the game.. As much as it can be fun - I am not sure 1 hitting difficulty 9 boss battles should be a thing if you want a challenging difficulty 9..
    3.15 Treasure: Middle Lane Upgrade: Add information that the upgrade is removed after the battle
    3.16 Event: Merchant Shelter - this event adds the merchant shelter unit -> add a small unit description when hovering over it

  • 3.13 MORE MORE MORE:D Of Course this game can Always Need more well tought through Units / treasures / pilots etc.





4. Ideas for new content - for spaceships / enemy ships / pilots / units / treasures etc.


  • 4.1 Tech-Engineering: Hacking / Drones / AI - >Hacking can be used to manipulate enemy units / causing electronic failures / self targeting of enemy attack units / enemy movement / releasing enemy fuel etc. :D. Drones could visually be placed in front of the ships and for example have free movement on the lanes - with the possibility to even go one lane further up and down than the ship / they could tank hits but are then destroyed for the rest of the battle etc.
    AI could be some mechanic which improves with every turn

  • 4.2 Bio-Engineering / Living Spaceship: It would be cool to have some Living spaceship as a new pilotable ship that uses i.e. mutations etc.

  • 4.3 Scavenging - making more use of the enemy ships after winning a battle by i.e. scavening mods / Upgrades / treasures / Maybe even unique enemy units

  • 4.4 Instand of the current screen when starting a new game -> have an interactive cool Background as " Station" which is the same Station as the Background of the main menue. For this add different Background which show an upgraded station depending on your level.. unlocking the coolest looking station with level 70. In the station you can
    -> select your ship
    -> customize ships (laser appearance)
    -> some sort of "Jukebox" where you can set the Music genre for the run ( such as the current "Country" ) / add electronic relaxed / electronic upbeat etc. (with the Option to add a certain Music as Default)

    Those could be added little by little when leveling up.

  • 4.5 Alternative themes for Background, UI, Music

1.1 isn't a BUG. Orange Passage cannot add EN into filled up part, It's designed as that.
2.4 Star Coin Limit, seems it's 999.
2.6 Combine all star coins? no, Piggy Bank can trigger multiple times!

1.1 Oh ok.. it just says it nowhere on the units that this is not possible.. and seeing there are many ways to get things out of control.. I thought it might not be intended like this

2.4 I meant specifically for the times you have a star coin limit of 50 - via a pilot talent

2.6 I mean just show the total sum as one clickable line in the battle summary -> when hovering over it still show all the different star coin gains.. its just meant to reduce clicking

The EN does not use a slot, so why does it matter if the other slots are filled or not? Does not make sense and is not explained in the tooltip (at least in english translation)
