Doesn't recognise me anymore?
I played this game a bit months ago, uninstalled it. Changed my Steam username, installed this game again: game doesn't recognise my Steam account & password recovery doesn't work since it doesn't know my e-mail adres.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Think this is something Jagex has to fix, if it's even possible. I would contact Jagex support on twitter.
