DLC not appearing in the game
Hello Jagex,

Yesterday (3rd May) I purchased the Epic pack DLC through Steam for this game, but my packs etc are not appearing in the game.

I have checked the file integrity of the game and this is OK, the DLC is also showing as installed with a tick (check mark) beside it in the DLC section of the game in my library.

Could you please investigate and resolve.

Hi,
They're still not there, I've been in contact with there "helpdesk" who suggested putting this thread into the Technical forum with [BUG REPORT] in the title. Thanks with your assistance.

Hi Zaxwerks, just in case you haven't spotted my reply in the other thread:

You'll need to request a refund through Valve's system. In the meantime, I've credited your account with some Platinum and Gem Shards by way of apology.
